ConnectHealth is seeking an experienced OB/GYN Laborist for a predictable 3-day/week schedule in Oregon - supporting Labor & Delivery plus urgent/emergent GYN in a collaborative, hospital-based team environment.

Job Responsibilities
✅ In-house Labor & Delivery coverage
✅ OB/GYN care across inpatient needs
✅ Handling urgent/emergent GYN cases as they come in
✅ Working in a lower-volume setting
✅ Collaborating with a team-based group with physician + NP support so you’re never on an island 🤝

Qualifications
👩⚕️ OB/GYN Board Certified or Board Eligible
🩺 Confident clinical judgment with the ability to step in and lead when it counts
💬 Clear, professional communication and a truly team-first mindset
🤝 Collaborative style-easy to work with, steady under pressure
Working Hours
✅ 3–4 days per week (consistent, predictable coverage)
🌙 Weekend call only: Friday PM → Monday AM
💆 Built-in balance: Scheduled Ahead
🏥 Optional add-on: Friday clinic available 8:00am–5:00pm - if you want extra volume
