🩺 Position Type: Full-Time | Start Date: ASAP or Fall 2026

What You’ll Do:
✨ Provide full-spectrum obstetrical care & gynecological surgery (robotic procedures preferred!)
✨ Split your time: Clinic (3–3.5 days/week) & OR (1 day/week)
✨ Participate in 1:4–1:5 shared call rotation, including weekends (midwives cover 1:3)
✨ Opportunity to engage in resident education through Mount Carmel’s OB/GYN residency program

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
✅ Ohio medical license (or willing to obtain)
✅ DEA license (or able to obtain)
✅ Clean malpractice & license history
✅ Interest in robotic surgery highly preferred 🤖
✅ Must live within 30 minutes of hospitals
✅ New grads welcome! 🎓

What We Offer:
💰 Guaranteed base salary: $285,000 + immediate bonus potential
🎁 Sign-on Bonus / Loan Forgiveness: Up to $100,000 OR 50/50 split
📚 CME: $5,000 allowance + 5 CME days
🌴 PTO: 216 hours/year (27 days) + 40 hours rollover
🚚 Relocation reimbursement
💼 Full benefits start Day 1
🎯 Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
