🌟 OB/GYN Hospitalist – Full-Time | Davenport, IA | 24-Hour In-House Coverage

Seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Hospitalist to provide dedicated full-time inpatient care in a high-volume, supportive environment. This is a hospital-based role offering the opportunity to work collaboratively with midwives, anesthesia, NICU, and community partners.

🏥 Position Highlights

• Provide hospital support for OB & GYN patients in a busy inpatient setting

• Manage ~80 deliveries per month

• Deliver care alongside a community health partner (FQHC) and midwives

• 24-hour in-house coverage for labor & delivery, OB/GYN triage, and ER calls

• Serve as a regional referral resource for GYN patients

• Daily rounding on post-operative and postpartum patients

• Participate in a collaborative care model enhancing patient safety and community health

• Full-time dedicated hospitalist role – no separate “doc call” required

• Support hospital protocols during the launch of 24-hour in-house coverage in April 2025
