We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN to provide 24-hour in-house labor and delivery coverage at a hospital-based setting in Silvis, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for providers who enjoy focused inpatient work with a consistent OB/GYN patient population.
Schedule & Coverage

Shift Type: 24-hour in-house hospital coverage

Shifts per Month: 6–8 shifts

Shift Length: 24 hours (onsite for full duration)

Job Responsibilities
Setting: Inpatient labor and delivery floor (hospital-based only)
Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes
Services Provided:
Vaginal deliveries
Cesarean sections
Circumcisions
OB Triage Volume: Approximately 10–15 triages per day, plus deliveries
Coverage Model: All OB triage patients are evaluated by the physician on call
Patient Population: Primarily obstetric and gynecologic patients
Telehealth: Not applicable
EMR: Cerner
Lab & Pharmacy: Onsite
Qualifications
Manage obstetric patients throughout labor and delivery
Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries
Manage emergency gynecologic cases
Provide inpatient OB/GYN consultations as needed
Requirements
Board Certified in OB/GYN – REQUIRED
Active Illinois medical license or active IMLC LOQ – REQUIRED
LOQ must be uploaded at time of name clear
Experienced OB/GYN – REQUIRED
Clean malpractice history and background – REQUIRED
Self-Query NPDB (pulled within the last 30 days) – REQUIRED at time of presentation
