🏥 Practice Overview

• 4.5-FTE OB/GYN practice, adding 1 additional full-time physician

  • Potential rotation to Red Lion site depending on patient volume

• Integrated women’s multi-specialty center: oncology, cardiology, PT/OT, breast surgery, and more

• Meditech EMR and all-new office equipment

• ~1,200 deliveries/year (200/month), 80% low-risk pregnancies, 25–30% C-section rate

• Level II Nursery for specialized newborn care

💼 Clinical Responsibilities

• Full-spectrum OB/GYN care: routine and complex OB, GYN, and surgical procedures

• Laparoscopic procedures, D&C, and management of missed abortions

• Robotic surgery using Da Vinci Si (St. Mary) and Da Vinci Xi (Nazareth)

• Provide physician backup for deliveries and C-sections

• Participate in 1:6 call rotation, including weekday 24-hour call with guaranteed post-call light administrative day

• Work Monday–Friday, shared weekend call responsibilities

✅ Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO degree

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (within 5 years of residency)

• PA license (or willingness to obtain)

• At least 1 year post-residency OB/GYN experience

• Experience with complicated deliveries, C-sections, and robotics (Da Vinci Si/Xi)

• BLS (or willingness to obtain)

• DEA (or willingness to obtain prior to start)

• NPDB Self-Query within past 30 days

• Willingness to participate in 1:6 call rotation, including weekday 24-hour call
