🩺 Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care

• Manage gynecologic consults from community PCPs and in-house CNMs

• Perform a variety of office-based GYN procedures

• Maintain steady surgical volume with access to three new ORs

• Participate in minimally invasive & advanced laparoscopic surgery

• 3–4 clinic days per week, averaging 12–14 patients/day

• Approximately 3 dedicated OR days per month

• Provide physician backup for midwife-led deliveries

• Shared home call (1:4 rotation) – manageable and sustainable

• Support a modern birth center offering:

  • 🌊 Water birth

  • 🤱 VBACs

  • 😌 Nitrous oxide

  • 💉 24-hour epidural services

• Work closely with physicians, CNMs, NPs, nurses, MAs, and support staff

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $280,000 – $360,000 annually (based on experience)

✅ Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO – Required

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible OB/GYN

  • Board Eligible candidates must provide graduation date

• Completion of ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency (U.S. or Canada)

• Active Vermont license (must be obtained prior to start)

• Clean malpractice history

• NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) at presentation
