π©Ί Clinical Responsibilities
-
Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care
-
Manage gynecologic consults from community PCPs and in-house CNMs
-
Perform a variety of office-based GYN procedures
-
Maintain steady surgical volume with access to three new ORs
-
Participate in minimally invasive & advanced laparoscopic surgery
-
3β4 clinic days per week, averaging 12β14 patients/day
-
Approximately 3 dedicated OR days per month
-
Provide physician backup for midwife-led deliveries
-
Shared home call (1:4 rotation) β manageable and sustainable

Support a modern birth center offering:

π Nitrous oxide

π 24-hour epidural services

Work closely with physicians, CNMs, NPs, nurses, MAs, and support staff

Salary: $280,000 β $360,000 annually (based on experience)

MD or DO β Required

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible OB/GYN

Board Eligible candidates must provide graduation date

Completion of ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency (U.S. or Canada)

Active Vermont license (must be obtained prior to start)

Clean malpractice history
-
NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) at presentation
