Locums – OB/GYN | Rancho Mission Viejo, California (Outpatient Only)
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Start Date:
- Target: March 16, 2026
- Or ASAP once credentialed
- Possible extension
- Days: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
- No call
- Outpatient only
- Local providers strongly preferred
- Average: 18–21 patients per day
- Typical flow:
- Follow-ups: ~15 minutes
- New patients & procedures: ~30 minutes
- Patient Population: Adolescents (13+) through geriatrics
- EMR: EPIC (highly preferred)
- Confirmation of pregnancy >7 weeks (bedside ultrasound)
- Initial OB visits
- Routine OB visits
- Postpartum visits
- Incision checks
- Well-Woman Exams (all ages)
- IUD insertion/removal
- Nexplanon insertion/removal
- Biopsies
- I&D for cysts
- LEEP, colposcopy, EMB
- Cryotherapy
- Cervical polyp removal
- UTI, STI
- Menopause / HRT
- Breast pain
- Board Certified OB/GYN
- Unrestricted California medical license
- DEA required
- BLS or ACLS
- Minimum 2+ years experience
- Completion of accredited 4-year OB/GYN residency
- Outpatient only, no call
