- Current Dates Needed: March 21, 23; April 5, 8, 13, 16; May 13, 16, 22, 24, 27, 30; June 1, 2, 10, 15, 18, 19, 24, 27, 29; July 2, 7, 10, 11, 12, 15, 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 29
- Coverage Type: Call Only

- Support Staff: 5 midwives, 13 PA/NPs

Requirements
- Board Certification: Required
- Fellowship: Preferred
- License: Licensed in WA or IMLC
- BLS: Yes
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
