• What are the average number of deliveries per year: 100.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS.
• EMR: Cerner.
• Preferred provider will have a clean databank.
• Must have IN license.
• Credentialing: 30 days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
