- Dates of need: ASAP - Ongoing
- EMR: Meditech 6.0 transitioning to Expanse
- Clinic or call (or both): Both if possible
- Practice setting: Inpaitent and Outpaitent if possible
- Certifications: BC or BE, IL license (IMLC if move quickly)
- Credentialing timeline: We can grant emergency privileges, if the Physician provides all information full credentialing should not take more than 2 weeks.
- Closest Airport: Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) 10-12 miles
