Locum Tenens – OB/GYN
Location: Fountain Valley, California
Practice Setting: OB/GYN Clinic

Key Availability
- Preferred Start Date: February 1, 2026 (ideal)
- Official Start Date: March 16, 2026
- Assignment Length: Minimum 3 months
- Extension Opportunity: Yes
- Locums-to-Perm: Considered
- Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Shift Type: Day shift (8 hours)
- Coverage Type: Scheduled clinic + on-call coverage REQUIRED
- Block Scheduling: No
- Call Schedule: 1 in 4 (secondary call)
- Midwives: Primary call coverage
- OB/GYN Call Expectations:
- Called in only for high-risk deliveries or C-sections
- Laborist group provides coverage while on-call OB/GYN is en route
- Board Certified / Board Eligible OB/GYN
- Strong clinic experience REQUIRED
- Preference for at least one provider willing to take call
- Comfortable supporting high-risk deliveries when needed
- Midwife-led model with physician backup
