Pacific Companies is pleased to present an employed OB/GYN Physician opportunity with a large, well-established nonprofit organization in coastal Florida. This role offers a true full-scope practice within a busy, collaborative women's health program supported by experienced Certified Nurse Midwives, OB hospitalists, and comprehensive clinical staff. Physicians practice in a modern medical center featuring advanced surgical capabilities and a Level III NICU, allowing for high-acuity obstetric care when needed. The structure is designed to support efficiency and sustainability, even in a high-volume environment. With a favorable call rotation and strong inpatient support, physicians are able to maintain a rewarding career without sacrificing work-life balance.



Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights

  • Employed OB/GYN role within a stable, nonprofit organization
  • Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology with diverse procedural mix
  • Collaborative team of 13 OB/GYNs, 16 CNMs, WHNP, and women's health psychologist
  • 24/7 OB hospitalist support for unassigned patients and C-sections
  • Call rotation of 1:9-1:10 with 24-hour call only and no clinic on call days
  • Dedicated labor and delivery unit, multiple ORs, and Level III NICU
  • Advanced technology including Da Vinci robotics and pooled ultrasound
  • 4.5-day clinic week plus a dedicated OR day
  • AIUM ultrasound certification required (completed within 6 months; CME covered)
  • Competitive compensation with providers earning 80th+ percentile
