Join Our Team as an Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician – Make a Lasting Impact on Women's Health

Are you a dedicated OB/GYN looking to advance your career in a supportive and innovative environment? We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician to provide comprehensive women’s health care, including obstetrical and gynecological services, at a leading healthcare facility. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern hospital setting, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and make a meaningful difference in patient lives.

Responsibilities include delivering full-scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care, performing gynecological surgeries at multiple venues, and participating in a friendly, team-oriented environment committed to excellence. The position features manageable call shifts, more days off than typical practices, and robust support from a dedicated care team—including LCSWs, lactation consultants, and educational specialists. You will utilize innovative technology platforms to enhance patient engagement and streamline workflow, with ongoing continuing education incorporated into the practice.

The practice emphasizes work-life balance, offering a 24-hour in-house call schedule (including the possibility of a string of consecutive call shifts) and back-up coverage to ensure provider well-being. The hospital boasts modern facilities with six LDRP rooms, 12 postpartum rooms, two surgical suites, a Level I NICU, and 24/7 anesthesia coverage. Average deliveries are approximately 80 per month, providing ample clinical experience.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Board-certified or eligible in obstetrics/gynecology
  • Active DEA license; licensed to practice in FL or part of the IMLC compact
  • At least one year of experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient-centered approach valuing shared decision-making and holistic care

Additional Details:
  • Shift Schedule: 07:00 – 07:00 (24-hour in-house call)
  • Start Date: March 16, 2026
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $2,964.00
  • Travel reimbursement including airfare, lodging, and car rental will be provided
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a progressive, well-resourced practice that values your expertise and supports your professional growth. Take the next step in your career and make a difference—apply today to become part of a dynamic healthcare team focused on delivering outstanding women’s health care.
