Job description
ATC West Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN for locum tenens coverage providing 24-hour in-house hospital call on the Labor & Delivery floor. This role focuses on comprehensive inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including deliveries and emergency cases. The position is hospital-based with no clinic or telehealth responsibilities.

Job Details & Responsibilities

Provide 24-hour in-house call coverage on the Labor & Delivery floor at the Silvis campus
-
Manage obstetric patients, including labor, vaginal deliveries, and C-sections

Perform circumcisions
-
Handle emergency gynecologic cases and inpatient consultations

See all OB triages (10–15 per day, plus deliveries)

Work with primarily obstetric and gynecologic patients

Utilize Cerner EMR

Hospital-based role with lab and pharmacy services available
Required Skills & Qualifications

Board Certified in OB/GYN (required)

Active Illinois license or active IMLC LOQ (required; LOQ at name clear)

Demonstrated OB/GYN experience (required)

Self-Query NPDB report (pulled within the past month; required at presentation)

Clean malpractice history and background preferred (reviewed case-by-case)
