We are seeking passionate OB/GYN physicians to help build and shape a laborist program from the ground up.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced clinicians as well as physicians transitioning from private practice who are looking for a more flexible, team-oriented care model.
The role includes 6–8 in-house 24-hour shifts per month and offers employee status with a full, comprehensive benefits package.
Physicians enjoy no billing or coding responsibilities, strong clinical leadership support, and a highly collaborative practice environment with access to a national network of OB/GYN hospitalists.
A sign-on bonus is available, and compensation is competitive with an estimated base salary range of $328,000–$383,000 annually.
Full-time clinicians are eligible for an excellent benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, employee assistance programs, well-being resources, and a CME allowance.
