- Full-Time/Permanent role
- The provider will be evaluating, planning, and directing patient health management, including the examination and treatment of chornic and acute complications, laboratory testing, and the performance of office procedures
- Low volume call position (1:2 Call Rotation)
- Montana license in hand or in the process are welcome to apply
