In this role, you will utilize high-frequency sound waves and sophisticated imaging equipment to produce detailed sonograms of various internal body structures. Your contributions will directly impact physicians' ability to diagnose and monitor a broad spectrum of medical conditions, providing essential support to patient treatment plans.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in performing general, OB/GYN, and vascular ultrasounds
- Strong understanding of ultrasound physics and anatomy
- Ability to operate ultrasound equipment with precision
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
- Attention to detail and patient-centered approach
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in advanced vascular or obstetric imaging
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Certification such as ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Radiologic Technology, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, or related field
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a clinical ultrasound setting
Other Requirements:
- Valid certification and license as required by state regulations
- Ability to work the scheduled shift from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Availability to start on 01/27/2026
- Willingness to comply with all applicable hospital and healthcare regulations
- Must adhere to safety and infection control protocols
