Onvida Health is seeking Outpatient, Obstetrics & Gynecology Physicians.
- $100,000 Sign-on/Relocation Stipend
- Exceptional Salary (Base salary + wRVU productivity compensation + clinical chair stipend + annual quality incentive-additional 5% of base)

Qualifications
2. Hold or be eligible, for an Arizona State Medical License.
3. Board certification in OB/GYN or board eligible.
