We’re seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible OB-GYN Hospitalist for a full-time, permanent role providing 24-hour in-house coverage in a high-quality acute-care hospital setting on California’s beautiful Central Coast. This role offers a stable schedule, strong specialty support, and an excellent quality of life.

🏥 Facility Setting

• Acute-care community hospital

• Maternity-focused program

• Level III NICU support

• Team-based, evidence-driven OB hospitalist model

⏰ Schedule Highlights

• 🕖 24-hour in-house shifts

• 📅 ~7–8 shifts per month (2190 hours annually)

• 📆 Weekends included in rotating schedule

• 🚫 No call – true in-house coverage model

🩺 Clinical Responsibilities

• Labor & delivery management

• OB triage and emergency coverage

• Inpatient OB-GYN evaluations and care

• Assistance with obstetrical surgeries

• Fetal monitoring and collaboration with MFM specialists

• Support of a Level III NICU program
