OBGYN – Maternal & Fetal Medicine (MFM) Opportunity Location: Saginaw, MI Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN Clinical Responsibilities (80–90%) • Provide specialized OBGYN-MFM care for a diverse patient population, including medically underserved and low-income patients • Supervise residents and/or medical students in clinics, outpatient procedures, and inpatient settings • Maintain independent practice with or without educational responsibilities • Perform ambulatory and office-based procedures (e.g., endometrial ablation, hysteroscopy, LEEP, urodynamics) • Participate in call coverage per OBGYN schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Educational Responsibilities (10–20%) • Assist in planning and implementing educational programs for residents and medical students • Participate in curriculum development, conferences, Grand Rounds, and evaluations • Mentor residents and students in clinical and research activities Research & Scholarly Activity • Contribute to departmental research, including regional or national presentations and peer-reviewed publications • Minimum of one day per month dedicated to scholarly activity Leadership & Administrative • Participate in departmental leadership, program administration, or medical directorships as appropriate • Support academic and clinical quality initiatives Community & Location Highlights • Saginaw: medium-sized city in a tri-city area near Bay City and Midland, MI • Affordable cost of living, ample housing, and easy commute to larger cities and international airports • Vibrant communities with family-friendly attractions and outdoor activities Requirements • MD degree • Board-eligible or board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology • Michigan medical license or eligibility • Controlled substance license • Leadership or educational experience preferred • Meet credentialing criteria Compensation & Benefits • Excellent benefits package • CME allowance (5 days per year) • Paid malpractice/liability coverage • Licensing expense covered • Four weeks of PTO
