Locums-to-Perm | Obstetrics & Gynecology | Call Only | McMinnville, OR Why This Role

  • Long-term coverage need tied to departmental restructuring
  • Low daily volume with predictable call expectations
  • Opportunity to transition into a permanent role
Assignment Details Start date January 21, 2026 Ongoing coverage Call-only coverage model Call ratio 1:3 Beeper call with 20-minute response time Average 1–2 patients per shift Clinical Details Inpatient obstetrics and gynecology Approximately 1–2 admissions per shift Level III trauma environment Management of routine and complicated deliveries including C-sections Surgical gynecology including open and laparoscopic procedures EMR: MediTech and Athena Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible Active Oregon license required Experience with vaginal and cesarean deliveries Comfort with complicated deliveries including breech and multiple births Eligibility for temporary privileges Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
