We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB Hospitalist to join a well-established, high-quality program in Fort Worth, TX. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with excellent compensation, strong clinical support, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a growing community. πŸ©ΊπŸ‘Ά

πŸ•’ Schedule & Flexibility

  • Full-time: 7.5 (24-hour) shifts per month

  • Part-time option: Minimum 5.5 (24-hour) shifts/month (still benefit-eligible!)

  • ASAP start preferred

  • Must have active Texas license (or in process)

πŸ₯ Clinical Highlights

  • Annual delivery volume: ~1,924 deliveries

    • Hospitalists perform 96 vaginal & C-sections annually

  • 40% C-section rate

  • 2,296 unscheduled OB/GYN triage visits per year

  • 1,229 OBED consults annually

  • Work in a Level II NICU with:

    • In-house neonatologists & neonatal NPs πŸ‘Ά

    • Maternal-Fetal Medicine support for high-risk cases

  • Responsibilities include:

    • OB triage, admissions, deliveries & inpatient care

    • Coverage for unassigned patients & private call assistance

    • OB floor coverage & GYN ER consults

    • Cesarean assists & emergency response on L&D 🚨

  • $135/hour (~$292,000 annually)
