- OB/GYN will collaborate with the FM/OB group
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with shared call
- Responsibilities include clinic, OR, and OB call
- Weekend and on-call ratio: 1:4
- Duties encompass inpatient, outpatient, rounds, clinic, and travel to multiple locations/clinics
- Facility's Trauma Level/Designation: Level 4
- Documentation System/EMR: Cerner Inpatient, eClinicalWorks Outpatient
- Number of patients per day varies by provider
- OB/GYN will collaborate with the FM/OB group
- Relocation reimbursement if applicable

Submission Requirements
- Board Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in OB/GYN
- IA license (or willing to obtain)
- NRP, AWOHN Fetal Monitoring (or willing to obtain prior to start)
- Clean malpractice (Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision.)
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - no exemption, required at presentation
- Providers who can start ASAP - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
