🏥 Facility Setting

Hospital-based Women’s Multispecialty Ambulatory & Inpatient Program supporting obstetrics, gynecology, and surgical services with strong specialty collaboration.

💼 Position Highlights

✨ Join a 4.5-FTE OB/GYN team that is expanding
✨ Work primarily in a modern ambulatory women’s health center with hospital access
✨ Monday–Friday clinic schedule
✨ 1:6 call rotation with 24-hour in-house call and post-call light admin day
✨ Every 6th weekend call
✨ Strong multidisciplinary support including breast surgery, cardiology, PT/OT, oncology, and more

🩺 Clinical Scope

You will provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care, including:

✔ Routine and complex OB care
✔ Laparoscopic procedures, D&C, and miscarriage management
✔ C-sections (approx. 25–30%)
✔ Robotic surgery using Da Vinci systems
✔ Care for a patient population that is 80% low-risk pregnancies
✔ Coverage within a Level II nursery

💰 Compensation & Benefits (Permanent Role)

💵 $375,000 – $400,000 base salary

👩‍⚕️ Who They’re Looking For

✔ Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN
✔ At least 1 year post-residency experience
✔ Experience with C-sections, complicated deliveries & robotics
✔ BLS & DEA (or willing to obtain)
✔ Comfortable with 1:6 call rotation
