We are recruiting a Board-Certified OB/GYN to join a supportive, patient-centered practice offering full-scope obstetrical and gynecological care with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Position Overview

This role offers a balanced schedule, collaborative care model, and the support of a comprehensive multidisciplinary team—allowing you to focus on excellent clinical care while maintaining a sustainable lifestyle.

Schedule

• 2.5 days per week in clinic

• 1 dedicated surgery day per week

• 1:4 call rotation

• Additional coverage provided by PRN pool for vacations and extended leave

Responsibilities

• Full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care

• Gynecologic surgeries across multiple venues

• On-call coverage for obstetric and gynecologic emergencies, including:

  • Labor and delivery

  • Rupture of membranes

  • Bleeding, pain, and high-risk pregnancies

• Surgical procedures including Cesarean sections, D&C, and ectopic pregnancy management

• Backup call coverage for CNM hospitalists, who are first to manage deliveries

Care Model & Support

• CNMs are highly trained and serve as first assist for deliveries

• Comprehensive care team including:

  • LCSWs

  • Lactation consultants

  • Patient education specialists

  • Additional clinical support staff

• Innovative, integrated technology platforms designed to:

  • Improve patient engagement

  • Increase provider efficiency

  • Reduce administrative burden
