Coverage includes triage and delivery for an average of 65–80 deliveries per month, ER OB/GYN call coverage, inpatient rounding, limited no-doc patient coverage, and optional circumcisions. The practice is supported by CNMs, residents, and full onsite services including lab and ultrasound, with a call ratio of 1:5 and call schedules released 1–2 months in advance.
