- Other details: The facility which is Trauma level 3 and PEDs level 1 is looking for a provider to cover beeper call only. There are an average of 1-2 patients per shift and 10 beds in the department. The site is seeking additional coverage support beginning in January 2026 due to a physician departing from the community, creating an ongoing need to maintain continuity of care and ensure consistent patient coverage.

Job Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to beeper call requests and patient needs.
* Evaluate, diagnose, and manage OB/GYN inpatient cases.
* Coordinate care with nursing staff, hospitalists, and specialty teams.
* Document all encounters accurately in MediTech and Athena EMR systems.
* Follow clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
Qualifications
* Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
* Active Oregon medical license.
* Ability to obtain and maintain hospital privileges.
* Experience in inpatient OB/GYN settings preferred.
Working Hours
* Call coverage (beeper call only).
* Coverage dates: January 21, 2026 – ongoing.
* Average of 1–2 patients per shift.
* Department capacity of 10 beds.
* Credentialing timeframe: approximately 60 days.
Skills
* Effective communication in urgent and on-call situations.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with care teams.
* Proficiency or adaptability with MediTech and Athena EMR systems.
