Full-time OB/GYN opportunity in Brattleboro, Vermont, providing full-spectrum women’s health in a collaborative, community-based setting. Flexible schedule, strong midwife support, modern ORs, and excellent work-life balance. No locums, no visa, no long-distance commuters.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform office-based and surgical gynecologic procedures
• Participate in minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgeries
• Backup midwife-led obstetric care and deliveries
• Shared home call (1:4 rotation)
• Collaborate with physicians, CNMs, NPs, and nursing staff
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
• Completion of accredited OB/GYN residency (US/Canada)
• Active VT license (or willing to obtain)
• Clean malpractice history
Working Hours
• ~12–14 patients/day
• ~3 OR days/month
• Home call shared 1:4
