- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift Details: 1 24-hr call/week & 2 - 8hr clinic days per week (Mon-Friday)
- Min 3 weeks/month
- 14 patients per day every 30 minutes
- EMR eClinicalWorks
- Requirements: BC, DEA, NY license, local provider
- Credentialing timeframe: 60–90-day average
