Join Our Team as an Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician

Are you a dedicated OB/GYN physician seeking an impactful role in a supportive, community-focused healthcare setting? We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician to provide exceptional care at our vibrant health centers. In this role, you will support a dynamic team of five OB providers and experienced midwives, delivering comprehensive maternity and gynecological care to teenagers and adults. You will handle approximately 14 patient encounters per day, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered treatment. The position includes a 24-hour hospital call shift and two clinic days per week, offering a balanced and fulfilling work schedule. Ultrasound services are available onsite, and deliveries are performed at a neighboring hospital with an approximate volume of 1,500 deliveries annually.

Required Skills:
  • Active New York State Medical License
  • Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (NO BE candidates)
  • DEA Certification
  • Ability to work a 24-hour call shift and clinic days
  • Excellent clinical skills with the ability to manage diverse patient populations
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with EMR systems, specifically eClinicalWorks
  • Prior experience in community health centers
  • Comfort with onsite ultrasound procedures
  • Knowledge of hospital delivery procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical Degree (MD or DO)
  • Completion of approved OB/GYN residency program
  • Minimum of 2+ years of OB/GYN practice experience in a hospital or community setting

Other Requirements:
  • Must have an active New York State license
  • Willingness to support a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Driving or mileage reimbursement for local providers; rental car options available if necessary
  • Credentialing process expected to take 60-90 days

This position offers competitive pay at $222.30 per hour, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program.
