Step into an established OB/GYN practice with immediate patient demand and strong referral support in Cape Girardeau, Missouri — working alongside dedicated Ob/Gyns, CNMs, and WHNPs committed to exceptional care across a large, growing service region.
Position Highlights
• Flexible schedule with an even split of obstetrics and gynecology
• 1:6 call schedule with the ability to structure your week to your preferences
• Practice with confidence in a Level III NICU backed by 24/7 neonatology support
• Advanced technology including Da Vinci robotics, EPIC EMR, and AI scribe to streamline your workflow
• Newsweek “Best Maternity Care Hospital” recognition
Compensation & Benefits
• $450,000 guaranteed base salary with uncapped earning potential
• $200,000 sign-on bonus
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible
• $20,000 relocation assistance
• Comprehensive benefits including multiple retirement plan options
• J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship, exempt from the Conrad 30 program
