- Low volume with rare call-back
- Full Scope OB/GYN
🏥 Practice Details
- EMR: EPIC
- 10-bed LDRP Unit (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)
- 2-bed Newborn Nursery
- 400+ deliveries annually
- No supervision of other providers required
✅ Requirements
- Board Certified OB/GYN
- Active Oregon License
- DEA & CSR
- BLS Certification
- Proof of COVID Vaccination
- Clean Malpractice & Background
