Assignment Summary
Start Date: As soon as credentialing is complete
Coverage Need: Ongoing – 1 week per month
Schedule: 24-hour call coverage (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.)
Call Expectations: Call may be taken off-site; provider must be able to arrive on-site within 30 minutes
