Required Skills:
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Valid medical license to practice in the assigned state
- Proven clinical expertise in obstetrics and gynecology procedures and patient management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interactions and team collaboration
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in a rural or underserved community
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Additional certifications in neonatal resuscitation or women’s health
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
- Prior work in hospital or clinic settings, especially in community-based healthcare
Other Requirements:
- Availability to begin duties on 01/21/2026
- Travel reimbursement and licensure fee coverage when applicable
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
