Required Skills:
- Valid medical degree with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Proven experience in managing a broad spectrum of women's health issues
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current license to practice medicine in the state of employment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in rural or underserved community settings
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Additional certifications in women's health or minimally invasive procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Prior experience in community health or primary care settings is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Must hold and maintain current medical licensure and certifications
- Willingness to travel for duties as required
- Commitment to maintaining compliance with all applicable healthcare laws and standards
