- Work Dates Needed: ASAP and ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: 3-4 days per week in clinic (8am-5pm) w/ evening and weekend call
- Worksite Setting: Clinic and Hospital
- Scope of Work: 18 ppd / 4 average daily consults / Monthly Volume 30
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TX Medical license, DEA, Board Certified
- EMR: EPIC
