TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified OBGYN Physician for a full-spectrum women’s health opportunity in Albany, Georgia. This is a hospital-supported outpatient practice with strong OB volume, surgical access, and long-term earning potential.
Position Overview
Job Type: Permanent
Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology
Start Date: 2026
Schedule:
Clinic: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One dedicated surgery day per week
Call: 1:4 with CNM coverage from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Practice Environment
Clinical Model: Full-spectrum OB & GYN
Delivery Volume:
Approximately 60–70 deliveries per month
720–840 deliveries annually
Hospital Access: Privileges for labor & delivery, C-sections, and GYN surgeries at a regional teaching hospital with:
Level III NICU
Level II Trauma Center
Robotic surgery (Da Vinci)
High-volume emergency department
Call Support: Certified Nurse Midwives provide first-line coverage during daytime hours
Technology
EMR: eClinicalWorks (clinic) and Meditech (hospital)
Candidate Requirements
Board Certification: Required
Experience Level: Open
Target: 20 patients per day
Vacation:
3 weeks (Years 1–2)
4 weeks (Years 3–5)
5 weeks (Year 6+)
Sick Time: 10 days per year (accrues up to 480 hours)
CME:
5 days (Years 1–5)
8 days (Year 6+)
