• This role offers a balanced mix of outpatient care and inpatient obstetrics, supported by a strong team of 7 physicians, APPs, and dedicated nursing staff. The schedule is designed with physician wellbeing in mind, including predictable clinic hours (36 patient-facing + 4 admin), a 1:7 shared call rotation, and a culture that truly values teamwork and long-term retention.
• You’ll provide a full scope of care including prenatal care and deliveries, gynecologic surgeries (including minimally invasive procedures), and office-based care. The hospital features a highly efficient L&D setup with all services on one floor, a Level II nursery, and established transfer protocols for higher acuity cases.
