Required Skills:
  • Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN)
  • Current active Texas Medical License and valid DEA registration
  • Proficiency in outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care
  • Experience with high-risk pregnancies and emergency obstetric procedures
  • Skilled in performing Dilation and Curettage (D&C), treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy, and Cesarean sections
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Surgical first assist certification for CNMs
  • Experience with gynecological surgeries and minimally invasive procedures
  • Familiarity with advanced tech platforms for patient engagement
  • Bilingual abilities or additional language skills

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Completion of accredited OB/GYN residency program
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience preferred

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call duties, including night shifts (5x8-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00)
  • Ability to travel as needed; full travel, airfare, lodging, and car rental expenses covered
  • Comfortable performing surgical procedures, including D&C, Ectopic Pregnancy management, cesarean sections, and handling high-risk obstetric emergencies
