We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician to provide exceptional care in a dynamic, supportive environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver comprehensive outpatient obstetrical and gynecological services, including gynecological surgery, within a collaborative team committed to work-life balance and professional growth. Required Skills:
- Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN)
- Active Texas Medical License and Valid DEA registration
- Proficiency in full-scope outpatient OB/GYN services, including surgical procedures
- Experience with Dilation and Curettage (DNC), Ectopic Pregnancy management, and Cesarean sections
- Ability to handle on-call emergencies related to labor, bleeding, high-risk pregnancies, and other complications
- Surgical first assist training, especially for Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with gynecological surgeries and maternal-fetal medicine
- Knowledge of integrated tech platforms for patient engagement and clinical efficiency
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of practice post-residency
- Previous experience in a hospital-based obstetrics/gynecology setting
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and team collaboration
Other Requirements:
- Availability for night shift (19:00 - 07:00, 5 nights per week)
- Willingness to participate in a 1:4 call rotation and PRN pool for team support
- Comprehensive understanding of emergency OB/GYN procedures
- Willing to travel as needed; full travel, lodging, airfare, and car rental will be covered
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $214.89
- Shift Length: 12 hours
