We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician to provide exceptional care in a dynamic, supportive environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver comprehensive outpatient obstetrical and gynecological services, including gynecological surgery, within a collaborative team committed to work-life balance and professional growth. Required Skills:
  • Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN)
  • Active Texas Medical License and Valid DEA registration
  • Proficiency in full-scope outpatient OB/GYN services, including surgical procedures
  • Experience with Dilation and Curettage (DNC), Ectopic Pregnancy management, and Cesarean sections
  • Ability to handle on-call emergencies related to labor, bleeding, high-risk pregnancies, and other complications
  • Surgical first assist training, especially for Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs)

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with gynecological surgeries and maternal-fetal medicine
  • Knowledge of integrated tech platforms for patient engagement and clinical efficiency
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of practice post-residency
  • Previous experience in a hospital-based obstetrics/gynecology setting
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and team collaboration

Other Requirements:
  • Availability for night shift (19:00 - 07:00, 5 nights per week)
  • Willingness to participate in a 1:4 call rotation and PRN pool for team support
  • Comprehensive understanding of emergency OB/GYN procedures
  • Willing to travel as needed; full travel, lodging, airfare, and car rental will be covered

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $214.89
  • Shift Length: 12 hours
