- Work-Life Balance: Anticipated 1 in 6 call schedule with no Saturday clinic hours required for the new OB/GYN
- Generous Compensation Package: Guaranteed base salary of $400,000, plus performance-based bonuses and up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
- Robust Benefits: Includes 30 days PTO, 5 CME days with $2,500 allowance, malpractice coverage, group health insurance (50% employer-covered), and 401(k) with 3% employer contribution
