👶 OB Hospitalist – Fort Worth, TX 👶

📍 Location: Fort Worth, TX
🏥 Facility Setting: Hospital-Based – OB Floor / L&D

A growing hospital is seeking an experienced OB Hospitalist to join their team! This is a permanent opportunity with flexible scheduling options and comprehensive benefits.

Schedule & Coverage:

• Full-time: 7.5 24-hour shifts/month (part-time option: 5.5 shifts/month with benefits)

• No on-call responsibilities outside scheduled shifts

• Manage deliveries (~1,924 annually) including ~40% C-section rate

• Oversee OB/GYN triage, inpatient consults, and ER consults for GYN emergencies

• Collaborate with in-house neonatologists in a Level II NICU and maternal-fetal medicine specialists

Responsibilities:

• Attend deliveries and provide inpatient OB care

• Perform OB triage, admissions, and rounds

• Assist with C-section procedures and surgical support

• Participate in patient care for unassigned OB/GYN patients

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years) in OB/GYN

• Active Texas license (or in process)

• Clean malpractice and license history

• DEA license obtained prior to start

Compensation & Benefits:

• Permanent Placement Fee: $25K
