  • Ongoing call coverage need with low daily census
  • Opportunity to support a Level II NICU program
  • Stable schedule with predictable call structure
Assignment Details Start Date: 1/1/2026 End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Call Only Call Type: In-house Call Ratio: 3:1 Call Response Time: 30 minutes Call Back Rate: ~10% Phone Consults: 5–10 per shift Clinical Details Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient Admissions Required: Yes Patients Per Shift: ~1 Patients Seen: 10–15 Admissions: 3–5 Beds: 1 NICU: Level II EMR: AllScripts Sunrise Rounding: Assigned and unassigned patients Support Staff: 1 RN Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Active Arkansas medical license Active Arkansas DEA BLS, ACLS, PALS Comfort with low- and high-risk obstetrics Clean file for expedited credentialing Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
