• Response Time: Must arrive at hospital within 30 minutes

• Call Rotation: 1:4 (weekdays and weekends)

• Weekend Call: Included in 1:4 rotation

• Facility Size:

• 45 staffed inpatient beds

• 20-room Emergency Department

Annual Deliveries: ~360 per year (average 1 per day)

C-Section Rate: 30%

Nursery Level: Level I

EMR: Meditech Expanse

Support Staff: Nursing staff (no APP coverage)

• Expected Cases:

• Routine vaginal deliveries

• C-sections

• Complicated deliveries (excluding VBACs)

GYN Surgery: Not expected

High-Risk OB: Occasional; typically referred to tertiary centers

Nursery Admissions: ~1 per day

• Low-risk pregnancy management

• FHR interpretation: NST, FSE

• OB ultrasound:

• Level I (viability/screening)

• Level II (anatomic/targeted)

Routine and complicated deliveries

Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations (as needed)

VBACs: Not required

Amniocentesis: Not required

• Board Status:

• Board Certified or

• Truly Board Eligible (within 1 year of graduation)

Residency: ABOG or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency – Required

State License: Active Ohio license – Required

Certifications: BLS and ACLS – Required

Recent Experience:

Minimum 50 deliveries in the past 12 months

At least 5 C-sections in the past 12 months (credentialing requirement)
