Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: 24-hour weekday shifts and 48-hour weekends
Clinical Details:
- Practice Setting: Hospital Call OB/GYN
- Call Ratio: 1:6
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 4
- Onsite Lab & Ultrasound
- Required Obstetrics Procedures:
- Low Risk Pregnancy (e.g., History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis)
- High Risk Pregnancy (e.g., Toxemia, Diabetes, Class II or Higher Cardiacs, Chronic Lung Problems, Chronic Renal Disease)
- Labor and Delivery Required Procedures:
- Routine Delivery – Vaginal, Low Forceps
- Decision-Making for C-Section
- Complicated Delivery – C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions
- VBAC’s
- Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
- Gynecology Required Procedures:
- Surgical Gynecology – Open
- Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor Only – Tubal Ligation, LOA’s, Chromal Tubation
- Operative/Major (Includes Diagnostic) – Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOA’s
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Active PA State License or IMLC
- or those willing to obtain PA license
- BLS, ACLS
