Dedicated call room with bed, couch, TV, computer, and private bathroom with shower

Average 2–3 deliveries per day

Mix of mostly low-risk with some medium- and high-risk OB

Level II nursery; facility delivers all patients >32 weeks gestation

In-house anesthesia coverage 24/7

Solo attending coverage with OB/GYN resident support

Prepaid travel and lodging

Malpractice insurance provided

Job Responsibilities
Manage labor and delivery patients and perform deliveries
Provide OB/GYN floor coverage and respond to ED consults
Perform gynecologic emergency procedures as needed
Participate in shift sign-out and nursing huddles
Supervise and collaborate with OB/GYN residents
Coordinate care with nursing, anesthesia, and hospital staff
