We are seeking a Permanent Physician – OB/GYN in Vermont.

Position Details:
Patient Population: Full-spectrum women’s health / obstetrics & gynecology
Setting: Hospital-owned OB/GYN practice
Responsibilities:
- Provide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care
- Manage gynecologic consults from primary care providers and midwives
- Perform office-based gynecologic procedures
- Participate in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries
- Provide physician backup for midwife-led obstetric care, including uncomplicated deliveries
- Participate in shared home call rotation (1 in 4)
Required Procedures: -
- Support Staff: Physicians, certified nurse midwives, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants
- Days Per Month: -
- On-Call/Weekends: Shared home call, 1-in-4 rotation
- Additional Details:
- Flexible 3–4 day work week, primarily daytime clinic hours
- Average 12–14 patients per day
- Approximately 3 dedicated OR days per month
- Not open to Locum or Locum-to-Perm candidates
- Not accepting visa candidates
- Candidates must live within 1 hour commute
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $280,000 – $360,000 annually (based on experience)
- Additional call compensation for extra call

Submission Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- If Board Eligible, graduation date required
- Clean malpractice history
- Active Vermont license (must be obtained prior to start)
- Completion of ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency (U.S. or Canada)
