- Start Date: 12/26
- Assignment Dates: 12/26 (7:00 AM) – 12/29 (7:00 AM)
- Shift Length: 24-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
- Coverage Type: On-site with 24-hour beeper call
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Hospital Size: 99 beds
- EMR: Cerner
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN: Required
- Active Arizona License: Required
- IMLC accepted
- Willing to license: No
- DEA License: Required
- Minimum Experience: 1 year
- Call Type: 24-hour beeper call
- Average Callbacks per Shift: 0–2
- Average Callback Time: 2–6 total hours per shift
- Deliveries per Shift: 0–1
- OB Hospitalist coverage
- Expected to cover for Nurse Midwife when needed
