Locums OB Hospitalist
Location: Longmont, Colorado
IMLC Accepted
Assignment Overview
- Coverage Start: December 23 (7:00 AM) – December 25 (7:00 AM)
- Duration: Ongoing (future dates released as schedules are published)
- Coverage Model: 24-hour call shifts
- Setting: Inpatient, Emergency Room, Trauma Level III
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: RN
- Reason for Coverage: Gaps in coverage
- Shift Length: 24-hour call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
- Total Locums Need: 9–10 shifts per month (across all providers)
- Scheduling Limits: Providers will not be scheduled for more than 2–3 consecutive days
- Board Certified OB/GYN: Required
- OB/GYN Residency Completed: Required
- Active Colorado License or Active IMLC: Required
- Letter of Qualification (LOQ) must be in hand at time of submission
- Active DEA: Required for credentialing
- Transferred DEA acceptable but must be maintained for full duration of assignment
- Local / Drive-In Candidates: Highly preferred
Required Procedures & Duties
- Obstetrics including C-sections
- GYN emergencies
- Must be available for listed dates
- Must state number of shifts per month available
- Must acknowledge and complete required EMR training in specified order to avoid start delays
- Complete credentialing pre-application and full application to be designated “applicant in training”
- AD account creation may take up to 5 days after application submission
- Complete Epic Modules prior to virtual training
- Attend Epic Virtual (PPL) training after modules are completed
- All EMR training must be completed at least one week prior to first shift
- First-day details will not be released until EMR training is complete
