- Hospital-employed, permanent opportunity seeking a board eligible or board certified OB/GYN to join the region’s largest multi-specialty group
- Competitive compensation typically between the 25th–50th percentile MGMA, wRVU compensation model with a guaranteed base salary for the first two years, plus production and quality incentives
- Current practice includes 2 physicians and 3 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs)
- CNMs take primary call, including phone calls and deliveries
- Physicians serve as back-up call for complications or emergencies only
- Physicians are called in an average of 1–3 times per week total
- Estimated case mix of approximately 60% OB and 40% GYN
- Practice averages 24–35 deliveries per month, with CNMs performing approximately 90% of vaginal deliveries
- Practice is based at a progressive 300-bed hospital with a Level II Trauma Center
- Sign-on bonus and/or student loan assistance available and negotiable
- CME allowance provided
