Aya Locums has an immediate opening for a Locum Tenens Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician in beautiful Santa Barbara, California.

💰 Compensation: $150–$170 per hour

Position Details

• Specialty: Obstetrics/Gynecology

• Schedule: 24-hour shifts (08:00–08:00)

• Coverage: Scheduled shifts + on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive women’s healthcare across all stages of life.

• Perform gynecological exams, ultrasounds, and diagnostic procedures.

• Conduct surgical procedures including cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and minimally invasive surgeries.

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of women’s health conditions.

• Counsel patients on reproductive health, contraception, and family planning.

• Collaborate with pediatricians, neonatologists, and other specialists for optimal patient care.

• Maintain accurate medical records and stay current with OB/GYN advancements.

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

• Completed residency in Obstetrics/Gynecology (ACGME or AOA accredited).

• Board certified in OB/GYN (ABOG or AOA).

• Active, unrestricted California medical license.

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
