• Job Title: OBGYN Physician
• Job Type: Locum Tenens
• Location: Allen, TX
• Service Setting: Acute Care Hospital
• Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
• Coverage Period: 02/02/2026 – Ongoing
• Clinical Shift Schedule: 2–3 clinic days per week; 1 surgery day per week
• On-Call Shift Schedule: 1:4 call rotation; day, night, and weekend call
• Call Type: 24-hour call, night call, callback
• Call Ratio: 1:4
• Callback Rate: Contact Account Manager for details

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Texas Medical License required
• Board: Board-Certified in Obstetrics/Gynecology required
• DEA: Active dedicated DEA required
• Other Qualifications: Comfortable with emergency OB; ability to work collaboratively in integrated care model
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care including clinic and surgical services
• Participate in 1:4 call rotation and provide 24/7 emergency obstetric and gynecologic care when on call
• Manage labor, delivery, bleeding, pain, high-risk pregnancies, ruptured membranes, and OB emergencies
• Perform Cesarean sections, D&C, and manage ectopic pregnancies
• Work with CNMs trained in surgical first assist; CNMs handle most routine deliveries
• Engage with a collaborative, patient-centered care team to support optimal outcomes
• Utilize innovative platforms that improve provider efficiency and patient engagement
